VMA Red Carpet: Best and Worst Dressed

Today, we'll be talking about the fashion we saw at the MTV VMA (Video Music Awards). They were some really bizzare fashion but some pretty ones too. Here is my best and worst dressed list for the show. Everybody has their opinion, so, you may not agree with me. This list is purely made from my own opinion.
