This product stands out from the rest with its affordable price tag. Its only US$3! If you haven't heard about E.L.F, i'm speechless. E.L.F is gaining popularity as the brand to go to for affordable yet good-quality cosmetics. And, this powder is definitely no different. It is said to be silky, lightweight and is suppose to make ur face make-up last longer. Hard to believe? Well, then, read the reviews on their site to see if its true.

the Balm Sexy Mama
The name of this product is defintely unique. Sexy Mama? I don't know what's that suppose to mean. But, one thing i know is that this product is sure to leave ur skin shine-free with its 'oil-absorbing spheres'. The site also says that it will leave your skin feeling soft. And, of course, the packaging itself is so pretty. If you want to read some reviews on this product, just go to sephora.com and search for the product. Along with information on the product, there will be reviews on it too.

Urban Decay De-Slick Mattifying Powder
This products was designed to 'slick' away the oil on ur face to leave it shine-free. It can be used on bare skin and also on foundation. Just like the above product, it also has beautiful packaging that you won't mind carrying around. Just the previous product, you can head to sephora.com for reviews.

Look Sexy Without Revealing Skin

This post is especially for those people who want to look sexy and attractive but still want to dress modestly. :)
  1. Wear Heels
I think almost everyone knows this one. Why do you think so many woman wear heels even when they know very well that heels are uhealthy for their feet? Its because heels just look so damn good! For beginners, wear low heels and mid heels instead. And, remember, save this for special occasions only as you don't want to hurt your feet. Or, you could try this foot cushions from Foot Petals. Find the perfect heel from this website.
  2. Wear Red Lipstick
There is just something about red lipstick that instantly gives you an 'oomph' factor. I know many people think they don't look good with red lipstick. But, there is a shade of red that is suitable for every person. You can go to this site or maybe this one. This video gives you step-by-step instructions on how to get the perfect red lip.
  3. Be Confident
No woman can look sexy without being confident. So, whenever and wherever you are, remember to stand up straight, don't let your shoulders drop and most importantly, smile!

Hope this helps>.< ^.^

Heal & Conceal

Everybody knows the best way to cover up acne or pimples is to use a concealer. And, the best way to heal it is to use a pimple cream. Now, with some new products in the market, you can conceal and heal that pimple at the same time. Here are a few that caught my eye:

(From left to right)

JENNISSE MAKE-UP Heal & Conceal
This concealer has Tea Tree Oil, a natural antiseptic and anti-bacterial pimple healing ingredient. It also has antioxidants to reduce inflammation. Another bonus is that it has Vitamin B Complex to give skin a healthy complexion. It comes in four shades- Clear, Light, Medium and Dark. I love the fact it has a 'Clear' shade.

MURAD Acne Treatment Concealer
This stick concealer not only heals your pimples, it prevents them too. It has an oil-free formula which is good news for those with oily skin. It claims to have long-lasting coverage and leaves skin with a flawless finish. It comes in the usual three shades- Light, Medium and Dark. Of course, Murad being a popular and trusted skincare brand makes this concealer it a little bit special.

TARTE The Eraser Concealer
My favourite thing about this concealer is that it is strictly natural. It provides medium to full coverage. Not only does it heals pimples, it gets rid of dark eye circles. Better still, it has anti-aging properties. It is said to be moisturizing and skin-soothing. What you wouls probably like about this concealer is the fact that it has ten shades. This means it will be easier for you to find the perfect shade for your skintone.

CLINIQUE Acne Solutions Clearing Concealer
This is a medicated liquid concealer that boasts to have a gentle, soothing formula that provides natural-looking coverage. It also has a oil-free formula. It has three shades to match your skin tone and a green one to correct redness. I love that it has a shade in green to correct the redness of your pimples.

Be Cruelty Free!

I've always emphasized the importance of cruelty-free brands, brands that do not test on animals. But, I never knew how to know if a certain brand tests on animals. Now, with the help of Yahoo!Answers, I do. There is a website that lists brands that do and do not test on animals. I was shocked by the list of brands that do test on animals. Many popular brands, that even I use, actually test on animals. I was literally stunned. Now that I've found out that many of the brands I use test on animals, i realize that being cruelty free is easier said that done. But, i have to try for the sake of those cute and fluffy animals.

Here are a few brands that do or do not test on animals:

Do...
Johnson & Johnson
Procter & Gamble
Loreal
Shisheido

Do Not...
Anastasia Beverly Hills
Avon
Bare Escentuals
Bath & Body Works

Who wears it better?

The MTV VMA (Video Music Awards) was packed with controversy. From the Kanye and Taylor incident to Lady Gaga's performance, suprises never stopped coming. But, one suprise that was not talked about was when Pink and Shakira arrived at the show in the same dress! So, who wore it better?

I'm sorry Pink but I have to choose Shakira. I just completely love the heels and black leather knee-high socks combo. It looks very edgy and different. I also love that she added in a cute leather black purse. But, I have to give credit to Pink for that cool hairstyle.
What do YOU think?
